Information
This exchange program is organized by Hong Kong registered charity Innovative Arts & Media Association and co-organized with Hong Kong people living in Japan. It aims to provide local students with overseas exchange opportunities on a non-profit basis.
Participating students do not need to have Japanese language proficiency. This activity will be conducted in both Cantonese and English.
This activity will be managed in small group format, with 5 students in a group and led by an experienced mentor.
We will conduct online interviews with each registered parent and student to ensure that the student is mentally and physically fit to participate in this activity.
Accommodation, breakfast, dinner, Japanese language classes, activities, and local transportation are included in the enrollment fee.
Air tickets will be purchased in a group after the registration deadline and charged on an actual basis.
All participating students must purchase travel insurance at their own expense and submit it before departure. Those who fail to provide proof of insurance will not be accepted.

About Us
This exchange activity is co-organized by Innovative Arts and Media Association and Hong Kong people living in Japan. The executive team consists of experienced event planning personnel and was awarded the "15th Arts Promotion Award" by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council in 2021. The mentors all have excellent experience in leading students.
Innovative Arts & Media Association is a Hong Kong registered non-profit organization exempted under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. It aims to promote culture and art in Hong Kong and overseas, thus to enhance Hong Kong's international competitiveness. The association is based in Hong Kong and plans various projects to serve the community and the public. Through this exchange activity, we look forward to exploring wonderful and fascinating Japan with all the students.
